Pavan Kumar Majeti

Pavan Majeti comes with 19 years of experience working in industries like automotive, semicon, industrial, consumer electronics and power electronics. He has led portfolios of upto 11mi USD, through sales and delivery roles. He had prior worked in global corporations like Caterpillar, Daimler, GlobalEdge ( now Capgemini ), ARi, Pricol, BlueBinaries, etc., Graduated from Anna University in Electronics & Communications discipline, he was a core technical member and strong in embedded electronics. As a positioned industry leader, he is playing an important role in building synergies amongst the MSMEs, Startups and rising leadership from millennials.
He held various roles covering SDLC, PDLC to Business. He is passionate about outside sales, and moving close with customers. He has overseen branding exercises, lead-generation and marketing efforts in building strong pipeline. He was on-the-job trained by industry leaders like Phanesh Murthy ( ex-CEO iGate-Patny, Infosys ) in closing techniques, strategizing the deals. Embedded, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical (CAD/CAE), Manufacturing Engineering, Product & IT Solution sales are the domains he worked in sales.
He is currently a General Manager-BD at KARNEX. He holds global portfolios for business, sales, marketing, PR, collaborations, M&A for KARNEX.
Spending time with family and friends, solo-weeklong-travels are his hobbies. He was state 7th rank holder in TANCET ( TamilNadu MBA entrance ).

With over 15+ years of distinguished experience in Human Resources within the Automotive Domain, Pavan Parlapelly is a seasoned professional renowned for his expertise in Sheet Metal Stampings for Automotive Industry, Electronic Climate Control, HVAC, and Automotive Engineering Technical Software companies.
Pavan’s journey in the field of Human Resources began after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Kakatiya University, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration from JNTU University Hyderabad. Armed with a strong academic foundation and a passion for understanding the intricacies of organizational dynamics, Pavan embarked on a career path dedicated to fostering talent and driving organizational success.
Pavan is also an alumnus of the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, further enriching his knowledge and skills in business management.
Throughout his career, Pavan has held pivotal roles in esteemed organizations, including Autoline Industries Ltd and Behr-Hella Thermocontrol India Pvt Ltd, where he served as the Country Head HR. His comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry coupled with his strategic approach to human capital management has earned him recognition as a trusted leader and advisor.
